Dispatch & delivery timings
Monday to Friday
Orders made Monday to Friday before 11:59am each day will be
dispatched the same day.

Weekend deliveries
If you order by 11:59am on a Friday, the order will be processed on next Monday.
Orders aren't processed on Saturday or Sunday, and deliveries aren't made on Sundays. Everyone needs their rest, after all!
Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Refunds & returns

You’ll need to return the product unopened, unused and undamaged
within 7 days of receiving it.
You'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs, subject to terms and conditions. Postage of the return is not included in the refund.
If you received a faulty product, please contact service@zenathletics.com as soon as possible for a refund, a return & replacement (as long as your request meets the requirements laid out in the terms and conditions).

In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be canceled from your order. You may reorder once they become available again.
