How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

We will hold your items for 7 days, starting at the time that we notify you that your order is ready for pickup. If you do not pick up your order in that time frame, we will initiate your refund 5-1/2 days from the time your order was ready for pickup.

When can I pick up my order?

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. If you place an order while the store is open, it will typically be ready for pickup within a few hours. If you place an order after your selected store has closed, your order will typically be ready for pickup shortly after the store opens the next morning. Store hours may vary by location, so be sure to check the hours before placing your order. Remember, don't head to the store until you have received a "Ready for Pickup" email!

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can always cancel it online before the order is ready to pick up. If you want to change the order, you can call ahead or do it when you arrive. Please note that, depending on the change requested, we may need to cancel the original order and place a new one.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

You can designate an alternate person to pick up your order when you are placing the order. You will need to provide that person's name or phone number. We will then send the "Ready for Pickup" notification to the designated person, who will need to show a valid I.D. or order number at the store.

What do I need to bring to the store when I pick up my order?

Please bring your order number (found in your "Order Confirmation"). You do NOT need to bring the credit card used for the transaction.
